Cornwall, 14-16th June 2024

SOLD OUT!

Please see our retreats page for other events in 2024

Our vegan yoga retreat runs from Friday 14th to Sunday 16th of June. We keep it small so everyone has a chance to hang out with the animals and have plenty of space to relax and feel at home. Even if you’re not vegan, you’ll love the delicious food.

By coming to one of our retreats you are directly helping to look after the animals in our care – thank you!

You’ll be staying in our lovely holiday cottage, which sleeps 6, with two bathrooms and a comfortable kitchen.

All the food throughout the weekend is included. Bre Chittenden  is an experienced vegan chef specialising in creating healthy meals using whole, organic, local ingredients, never using refined sugar, salt, or oils. Her macrobiotic, vegan, Ayurvedic food is an innovative take on ancient dishes that nourishes your body to complement your yoga practice, balances your energy, and promotes overall wellness.

Bre works with ancient wisdom to help people shed modern conditioning. Her Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes help you discover true freedom in both your mind and body by taking you on a transformative journey, unravelling and releasing tension to find self-realisation and liberation. She has shared the teachings of yoga and sound in New Zealand, Mexico, Sri Lanka, and here in the UK.

While you’re here, there will be plenty of time to meet the rescue chickens, ponies, and donkeys, and see how we look after them, plus there’ll be a walk around our 25 acres of meadows and hill, or you can just relax and do as little as you want.

We’re based near Liskeard in Cornwall and are easily accessible by car, with plenty of parking. Alternatively, the cottage is close to Liskeard station, which has great connections, and we would be happy to pick you up.
