Our vegan retreat runs from Friday 1 to Sunday 3 November. We keep it small so everyone has a chance to hang out with the animals, have plenty of space to relax and feel at home, and feels comfortable entering into profound relaxation and sharing the shamanic journey. Even if you’re not vegan, you’ll love the delicious food.

You’ll be staying in our lovely holiday cottage, which sleeps 6, with two bathrooms and a comfortable kitchen.
All the food throughout the weekend is included: vegan Cornish pasties on Friday evening, lunch and dinner from Vega Tintagel on Saturday, and breakfast both days.
You’re welcome to join us from 3.00 on the Friday and the retreat ends at 12.00 on Sunday after a relaxed morning.
During this retreat, Shelly will help you to interweave the two ancient philosophies and practices of yoga and shamanism, to create a unique atmosphere to honour and connect to the seen and unseen worlds. You will be guided in practices to transcend your body and mind to visit the hypnogogic state, the place of deeper understanding and where healing begins. Engaging in this stage of the brainwave cycle enables you to harness its power. And its power is plentiful!
While you’re here, there will be plenty of time to meet the rescue chickens, ponies, and donkeys, and see how we look after them, plus there’ll be a walk around our 25 acres of meadows and hill, or you can just relax and do as little as you want.
We’re based near Liskeard in Cornwall and are easily accessible by car, with plenty of parking. Alternatively, the cottage is close to Liskeard station, which has great connections, and we would be happy to pick you up.
