So Much More Than Yoga Retreats

So much more than yoga, our beautiful vegan retreats focus on relaxation and restoration. Each one is different and aligns with the seasons, with intention setting, cacao ceremony, sound bath, guided meditation, and shamanic drumming. The yoga is gentle and suitable for absolute beginners.
You can see a snapshot of one of our vegan retreats here.

We keep our retreats small so everyone has a chance to spend meaningful time with the animals, plenty of space to relax and feel at home, and feels comfortable entering into profound relaxation and sharing their journey. Even if you’re not vegan, you’ll love the delicious food.

By coming to one of our retreats you are directly helping to look after the animals in our care – thank you!

You’ll be staying in either our lovely cottage,  which has two bathrooms, a comfortable kitchen where everyone will eat, and a cosy lounge with reading nook; or in our 1600s farmhouse.

We’re based near Liskeard in Cornwall and are easily accessible by car, with plenty of parking. Alternatively, we’re close to Liskeard station, which has great connections, and we would be happy to pick you up.

You’re welcome to join us from 3.00 on the Friday and the retreat ends at 12.00 on the Sunday after a relaxed morning.

During these retreats, Shelly will help you to interweave the two ancient philosophies and practices of yoga and shamanism, to create a unique atmosphere to honour and connect to the seen and unseen worlds. You will be guided in practices to transcend your body and mind to visit the hypnogogic state, the place of deeper understanding and where healing begins.

There will be plenty of time to meet the rescue pig, chickens, ponies, and donkeys, and see how we look after them using positive reinforcement techniques, plus there’ll be a walk around our 25 acres of meadows and hill, or you can just relax and do as little as you want.

All the food throughout the weekend is included: vegan Cornish pasties on Friday evening, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast both days.
