Celebrate Veganuary at Haye Cornwall
16-18 January 2026
Whether you’re a lifelong vegan or newly vegan curious, this is the perfect way to celebrate Veganuary!
Join us for a weekend of meeting rescue donkeys, ponies, chickens, and Buddy the pig. Discover how they’re cared for using positive reinforcement training techniques; explore 25 acres of meadow, discovering land regeneration projects; learn how to make simple and delicious vegan meals, including home-made butter and chocolate.
The whole weekend, with two nights accommodation in beautiful Apple Store Cottage, all activities, and delicious food included, is just £275 per person. This is an amazing opportunity to see behind the scenes at an animal sanctuary and experience what it’s really like to care for rescued animals.
You can see what it’s like to visit us by reading our reviews here and here, and you can tour Apple Store Cottage here.

Who you'll meet

We’ll introduce you to the donkeys, ponies, chickens, and Buddy the pig, and you’ll learn how we care for them using positive reinforcement, force-free training. There’ll be lots of opportunities to feed the animals and gain an understanding of their specific needs.

What you'll do
We’ll show you the regeneration projects we’ve undertaken on our 25 acres of land, and you’ll have a chance to try some new skills.
What you'll eat

We’re excited for you to try our delicious vegan food! You’re welcome to join in the cooking or just sit back with some snacks. Either way, you’ll go home with some tips and tricks, including how to make vegan butter and sugar-free vegan chocolates.

What's available
We’re limiting availability to make sure everyone has space to relax and feel at home.
Places are just £275 per person.
Accommodation is in a double or twin room in Apple Store Cottage, which has two bathrooms, a cosy lounge with reading nook, and a well-appointed kitchen.
We’ll make sure you’re well fed, with all breakfasts, dinners, and lunch included.
